Return Policy

Any return must be within 14 days of receiving the item. Wheel(s) must be brand new and unmounted for return and must be shipped back in the original box with all original contents. There will be a restocking fee of 25%. Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

A minimum return fee of 25% will be applied to all returns on wheels with known fitment issues. Known fitment issues consist of all sales where a Cosmis representative has advised that fender modifications and/or spacers are required for clearance. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research proper fitment.

Orders that are fulfilled from Cosmis USA’s warehouse will incur a return shipping fee of $75 USD.

Wheels that are returned with damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders that are cancelled for any reason will be subject to a 5% processing fee, with a minimum of $20 charged.
